I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s tucked away in a charming alley, yet still conveniently located near all the popular sights, dining, and shopping. The room was cozy with a comfy bed and a sitting area with a television. The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower, and the room amenities included a mini-bar and air conditioning which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering excellent room service and helpful tours/ticket assistance.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

The public parking was onsite, friendly service. I had a gorgeous breakfast with croissants and also EXCELLENT homemade jams. I was greeted by a very very helpful and excellent co-operating receptionist who made the stay an excellent experience.

Location near the opera, Marienplatz, 4 Jahresseiten etc. is fabulous. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, rooms are very well appointed.
As others have commented, the street outside the hotel is noisy, practically until dawn. However, the vault-like windows shut out every bit of the noise.

This small hotel offers good choice of spotless and silent rooms. The staff are extremely polite and really friendly, managed the parking on site. The property provides bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, the food is great. As for me, the location is great and incredible, near the very center of Munich.

The location was great!
Did not enjoy the fact that there was no airconditioning as we had a street facing room on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy as we had to sleep with the windows open. Also did not like the fact that there was no coffee making facility in the room.
